Discussion and possible action to authorize an addendum to the Transaction Service Agreement previously entered into between Webb County and Orion Healthcare Technology, Inc. in order to comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 “HIPPA”) also known as the (“HIPPA Privacy Rule”) in order to protect the use, disclosure and privacy of individually identifiable health information maintained by Webb County, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto. There is no funding required and/or impact to the general fund.
