Discussion and possible action to ratify a line item transfer in the amount of $1,378.52 from Account #1001-2230-001-456205 (Training and Education) into Account #1001-2230-001-451001 (Judicial District Fees) and approve payment to the Fourth Administrative Region of Texas in the contracted amount of $18,600.52 for the 2019 Annual Assessment; and any other matters incident thereto. This is an assessment required by statute to each county in region based on their population

Issue: Budgeted amount was not sufficient to cover assessment.

Solution: Transfer funds to cover difference.

Result: Sufficient funds to cover assessment.
