Discussion with possible action to retire Canine (K-9) "Boy", a male Malinois Belgian in color black/tan due to age and other health conditions and to approve the adoption and rehoming of said K-9 to a Constable Pct. 1 Deputy; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: K-9 Boy is need of retirement due to age and health condition.

Solution: Retirement of K-9 and allowing adoption by law enforcement officer.

Result: Successful retirement and rehoming with law enforcement officer.
