Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution Amending Authorized Representatives form for the TexPool Investment Entity and authorizing the County Judge to execute alll relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Need to delete Ms. Delia Perales from TexPool and add Mr. Raul Reyes

Solution: To be able to have Mr. Reyes do all the necessary transactions

Result: Once approved Mr. Reyes will be able to fullfill investment responsabilities.
