Discussion and possible action to approve a deduct change order from the Webb County Los Botines Fire Station No. 3 construction contract between Webb County and Hydroworks, Inc., in the amount of $41,161.00 (see exhibit A) and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue:
A deduct change order is requested by Contractor in order to purchase materials and/or equipment needed to finish project. Contractor will install equipment within 10 days after arrival. Acceptance of this deduct change order shall constitute a modification to the Contract.
Solution:
Approval of deduct change order and purchase of materials and/or items needed through the Webb County Purchasing Department.
Result:
Ensure savings to the County and finish project.
