Discussion and possible action to approve the personal injury settlement to Alejandra Olvera as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on March 26, 2018 at the 1700 block of Chihuahua in Laredo, Texas, and any other matters incident thereto. [Executive Session is requested pursuant to Texas Government Code Title 5, Subchapter D, Section 551.071 (1) (B) (Consultation with attorney regarding pending settlement offer)]

Issue: A two vehicle collision involving a Constable Pct. 1 county vehicle #14-35 and a 2006 Dodge Caravan, damage sustained on both vehicles.

Solution: To approve the settlement due to personal injury.

Result: Once settlement is paid, the claimant will release the County of any and all claims.
