Discussion and possible action to authorize staff to amend and re-submit the List of Transportation Infrastructure Projects, which was previously submitted by Webb County to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDot), as required by the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program, to now include and prioritize the 'Re-Alignment of Wormser Road'; including the reallocation of available grant funds, subject to TXDot review and final approval; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: TxDot oversees the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program which was created by the 83rd Legislature in Senate Bill 1747 and which provides eligible counties with funding for certain infrastructure projects. The 'Re-Alignment of Wormser Road' is a viable project that was not included on the initial list of transportation infrastructure projects submitted to TxDot.

Solution: Action is requested to amend the list of projects as required by the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program along with any other associated and necessary documents to include the 'Re-Alignment of Wormser Road'.

Result: Improving this county road for the purpose of improving the safety and flow of oil and gas traffic in and around Wormser Road.
