Discussion and possible action to release approximately $75,226.00 in retainage to HydroWorks and it's subcontractors and material suppliers for work completed and materials integrated into the project and accepted on the Botines Fire Station and any matters incident thereto. Background:

10% retainage was withheld by County as required by law for the benefit of any unpaid subcontractors and material suppliers. Substantial Completion of the facility was issued on Octobder 30, 2018.
