Discussion and possible action to direct county staff to initiate a request through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) to determine if a certain portion of the state highway system, specifically, starting from Hwy 359 (at loop 20) and ending at Mangana Hein Road, can be assigned a memorial designation; and any other matters incident thereto.
