Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, a budget amendment (line item transfer) to the Constable Pct. 4 State forfeiture fund by increasing the expenditure budget by $7,732.00; said amount is available from seized funds pursuant to Chapter 59 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Section 111.07075 (Special Budget for Revenue Received after Start of Fiscal Year).
