Discussion and possible action to approve the auto property damage payment of NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY-FIVE CENTS ($9,947.65) as a result of a motor vehicle collision which occurred on October 9, 2018 involving a Webb County Constable Precinct 3 Department vehicle. Issue:   A vehicle collision involving a Constable Precinct 3 unit #16-10 on Hwy. 359.

Solution:  Vehicle was appraised by independent adjuster and taken to County approved vendor for repairs.

Result:  If approved vehicle will be repaired with no further issue.
