Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to secure competitive quotes, as necessary, for the purchase of rental golf club sets in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00 in accordance with the Webb County Purchasing Policy. Issue: The golf course has no rental sets. Thus, as seen an increase in demand, visitors are unable to play the golf course and the course has seen a pick up in demand for rental sets.

Solution: Utilizing bond monies available to improve the golf course as originally intended.

Result: Additional revenue and guest satisfaction for the golf course.
