Discussion and possible action to authorize the submission of a Governmental Entity Request for Exemption from Child Care Licensing Regulations to the Texas Health and Human Services Department for the following community centers, and any other matters incident thereto.

Fred & Anita Bruni Community Center
Fernando Salinas Community Center
Ladrillito Activity Center

Issue: The precinct 4 community centers will be providing a year-round Kids Café program. The center is required to request an exemption from a childcare licensing agreement.

Solution: Authorize exemption request from the childcare licensing regulation.
