Discussion and possible action to authorize the Civil Legal Division to develop an Interlocal Agreement between Webb County and the City of Laredo for the proposed detox facility and any other matters incident thereto.
 
Issue: An Interlocal Agreement is necessary in order to outline project responsibilities for both parties.
 
Solution: Develop and execute an Interlocal Agreement to accomplish a clear understanding of project responsibilities for both parties.
 
Result: A full understanding of each party's role and responsibilities for this project.
