Discussion and possible action to approve the reimbursement payment request to the Webb County Appraisal District in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for a non-profit State association fee for the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts. This fee was paid by the Webb County Appraisal District for the Tax Assessors Office and to further authorize the expense in accordance with the Local Government Code Section §89.002 (State Association of Counties) [Requested by Ms. Rosie Cuellar, Webb County Tax Assessor, Account #1001-1320-001-464010 (Dues and Memberships)]

Issue: Payment of State Associate membership fees were not paid directly by Webb County. Commissioners Court must approve all State membership fees as per State law.

Solution: Approve both reimbursement to the Webb County Appraisal District and approval to spend on State Association fees in accordance with the Local Government Code.

Result: Approve payment reimbursement request and State Association membership expense.
