Discussion and possible action to authorize the Civil Legal Division to negotiate final offer on the acquisition of a fee simple interest in and to the Surface Only of Tract Thirty-Nine (39) (10 AC), in Ranchitos Las Lomas I, as recorded on Volume 3, Page 13A, of the Webb County Plat Records and to close on the property or, in the event final offer is not accepted, to commence eminent domain proceedings; authorizing the County Judge to sign all documents and any incident thereto.
