Discussion and possible action to authorize the Civil Legal Division to negotiate final offer on the acquisition of an approximate Thirty foot wide roadway/right-of-way easement out of Tract No. Twenty-four (24), being out of Survey I 07, Abstract 1624, of Ranchitos Las Lomas, recorded in Volume 3, Page 13A, in the County of Webb, State of Texas and to close on the property or, in the event final offer is not accepted, to commence eminent domain proceedings; authorizing the County Judge to sign all documents and any incident thereto. [Executive Session requested pursuant to Section 551.072, Texas Open Meetings Act.]

Background:

Easement is needed to complete the Ranchitos Las Lomas drainage improvement project.
