Discussion and possible action to approve a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between St. Mary’s School of Law and Webb County to provide an externship program for law students by completing 150 hours of externship work with the Webb County Public Defender’s Office. The term of the MOU will be effective May 1, 2019, through August 31, 2019, authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
