Discussion and possible action to accept the rankings and award RFQ 2019-005 "Independent Consulting Services for Webb County’s Worker’s Compensation and Property/ Casualty/General Liability Programs" to the highest ranking firm RWL (Robert W. Lazarus) Group and to further authorize the Civil/Legal Department to negotiate the terms and conditions of agreement and all necessary fees. [Requested by Dr. Pedro F. Issue: Property and Casualty insurances require evaluation on an annual basis to include Worker’s Compensation analysis reports. Commissioners Court authorized the solicitation for request for qualifications for an independent consultant.

Solution: Only three (3) proposals were submitted. The proposals were ranked and tabulated as shown above.

Result: Staff is recommending top ranked firm for award. Should County and highest ranked firm not come to an agreement, the County would proceed with the next highest-ranking firm.
