Discussion and possible action to approve an Interlocal Contract between The Department of Information Resources and Webb County Relating to the use of the DIR Shared Services Master Service Agreements to perform and execute a penetration test on Elections Servers and Internet Infrastructures. Detailed results will be provided in order to take the necessary precautions and modifications to the Elections Network to increase Elections Security and fix any vulnerabilities found during these tests. AT&T will be conducting the penetration test. Based on the results of these tests the Secretary of State will be making funds available for the improvement of Elections Systems. Approval of this Interlocal Agreement does not require General Funding.
