Discussion and possible action to approve the county Voluntary Separation Plan and approve the fifteen (15) contracts signed by eligible employees for a total payout amount of Two Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Dollars and Three Cents ($247,759.03) and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. Funds to be paid to eligible employees from the payroll reserve account fund and shall then be subsequently reimbursed from the eligible employees respective departments allocated funds. Background:

On July 22, 2019 an eligible employee accepted the program and separated before the September 30, 2019 deadline as set out in the agreement. Total payout was 14,589.12. Therefore, the total amount paid out by the Voluntary Separation Program will be $262,348.15.
