Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement between Webb County Sheriff's Office and Lt. Colonel Dave Grossman of KRG, LLC. to provide active shooter training titled, "The Bullet Proof Mind” for approximately 800 people on September 3, 2019 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. This training will be paid through forfeiture funds; and, thus, there is no impact to the general fund. [Requested by Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar; Account #2151-3010-001-432001 (Professional Services)]
