Discussion and possible action enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between The University of Texas System Police - Health and Science Center San Antonio and the Webb County Sheriff's Office to provide mutual support in times of emergency or disaster. The term of the MOU will be year to year beginning this year and will be reviewed and renewed the fist of January every year thereafter, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
