Discussion and possible action to approve a FIVE (5) year lease renewal agreement by and between Webb County as Lessor, and the Laredo Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc., (L.R.P.C.) as Lessee for the use of approximately 80.00 acre tract of land, more or less, owned by Webb County which is located on the south side of U.S. Hwy. 59 at a monthly rental rate of $1,000.00 per month, commencing November 1, 2019 thru October 31, 2024, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters related thereto.
