Recognition of participation for Constable Miguel " Mike" Villarreal, Councilman Vidal Rodriguez, Gunny's Boot Camp and Gunny's Booth Camp South for their partnership in brining the First Bull Run Biathlon & Dry/Mud Obstacle Course event.
