Discussion and possible action to authorize a budget amendment for the renovations of County Court at Law #2 in an amount not to exceed $75,000; with additional action to authorize budget amendment necessary to process payment and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: In attempt to decrease expenses for the next fiscal year, this much needed renovation is being scheduled for this year with the remaining operational reserve monies.

Solution: Process line item transfer in order to pay necessary office renovations.

Result: Fully functional office space for said court.
