Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Cooperative Agreement between Webb County for its Head Start/Early Head Start Program and Community Action Corporation of South Texas Project Niño’s Early Childhood Intervention Program. This Agreement defines the roles and responsibilities under which both parties, within the respective state and federal mandates, relate to children with disabilities. The term of the Agreement shall be for a term of twenty-four (24) months (September 1, 2019, through August 31, 2021) and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
