Discussion and possible action to accept the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Juvenile Board of Judges and the Hon. Issue: Constable Pct. 1 provides security services for the J.J.A.E.P. and Youth Village. Subsequently, $56,500 are transferred to the Constable Pct. 1 Part Time, Materials & Supplies, and Training & Education accounts. The exception for this line item transfer is made annually due to the agreement (MOU) made between Constable Pct. 1 and Juvenile Board of Judges.
Solution: Transfer of funds in accordance to the MOU.
