Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, the following budget amendment (line item transfer) to carry over $824,447.59 in grant balances for the 406th Judicial District Court Adult Drug Court Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Grant into October 2019 for fund 2353. All required documents were previously sent for review through the Economic Development Department and the budget and award are compliant with the Webb County Single Point of Contact (SPOC) procedures. Issue: The 406th Judicial District Adult Drug Court Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Grant is a five (5) year grant that runs from September 30, 2018 through September 30, 2023. Year-end balances must be carried over and entered into the system in order to continue the availability of these grant funds for fiscal year 2019-2020.
