Discussion and possible to terminate acquisition of Lots 6-10, Block 61, Western Division, Laredo, Webb County Texas (being 1101 Matamoros Street); and any other matters incident thereto.

Background:

On September 3, 2019 The Court authorized the acquisition of the property, the property was appraised by both the City of Laredo and Webb County. The property owner was contacted and initial discussions were positive, with the assignment of the HEB Building to the Sheriff the extra parking that was to be afforded by the property is no longer needed.
