Discussion and possible action to clarify the court’s action on October 15, 2019 regarding item #31, which reads “Discussion and possible action to enter into a Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner, Webb County, and Architect, Hanson Professional Services, Inc., for design services at a cost of eight percent (8%) of total project construction cost and an additional two percent (2%) of total project construction cost for Construction Administration Services and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto.
