Issue: Commissioners Court authorized the advertisement to solicit professional architectural services for renovations to the former juvenile detention center located at 1300 Chicago St. Laredo, TX for the purpose of establishing an adult detox center.

Solution: Accept the rankings and approve the highest ranking firm Redline Architecture LLC.

Result: Legal staff will have the authorization to initiate negotiations with awarded firm.

Background:

Webb County is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural Services from a licensed Architect for the design, preparation of construction documents and construction phase administration services for the renovations and remodeling of the Webb County’s former juvenile detention center, located at 1300 Chicago St., Laredo, TX) for use as a Detoxification Facility.

Previous Court Action:

Commissioners Court authorized the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Qualifications on 9/9/2019.
