Discussion and possible action to enter into a seven (7) month (October 1, 2019 through May 3, 2020) Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Laredo College (LC) and Webb County. This MOU provides an opportunity for LC Work-Study students to be employed at Webb County offices that will be fully paid by LC under the Texas Work-Study Program. Students will be allowed to work a total of 15 hours per week through the term of the MOU and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Dr. Pedro Alfaro, Administrator, Webb County Risk Management Department]
