Issue: Seeking authorization from Commissioners Court to solicit formal RFP's for the construction of a new building facility for Constable Pct. 4.

Solution: Authorize the solicitation to secure formal RFP's from qualified contractors.

Results: RFP solicitation will be published after the completion of the design and construction documents submitted by the contracted architect.
