Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No.1 for SAL Construction Company, LLC. In the amount not to exceed $6,305.00 as an addition to the original award amount of $120,504.00 approved by Commissioners Court on October 9, 2018, Item 10e for El Cenizo Control Valve Improvement Project, pursuant to Section 262.031 of the Texas Local Government Code, Changes in Plans and Specifications, and any other matters incident thereto. [Construction-in-Progress/Requested by Tomas Sanchez Jr. Webb County Utilities Department Interim Director; Funding Source Water Utilities 2016 Bond #7220-001-474501]

Issue: Existing Pipe Depth at Interconnection Points requires Additional Fittings and an Air Release Valve.

Solution: Award Change Order to sole proposer so that project can be finished up as the Existing Pipe Interconnections were not aligned.

Result: The El Cenizo Control Valve Improvement Project will be finalized.
