Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of Two (2) Optiplex 7060 SFF computers with monitors at a cost of Three Thousand One Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and Seventy-Six Cents ($3,149.76), and Two (2) software licenses at a cost of Eight Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars and Eighty-Two Cents ($898.82) for a total cost of Four Thousand Forty Eight Dollars and Fifty-Eight Cents ($4,048.58). Issue: The Public Defender's Office currently has several computers that are out of warranty. At this time, we are requesting the approval to replace a portion of these computers and software at a cost of $4,048.58.

Solution: Request is being made to approve the purchase of computers and software through the Operational Reserve account.

Result: The approval of the purchase of the computers and software will allow the Public Defender's Office to continue to function efficiently and effectively.
