Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from Electric Transmission Texas, LLC (ETT) as per Local Government Code 81.032, in the amount of $2,000.00, to be utilized in the following line items: Dues, Uniforms, and Materials & Supplies; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto. [Accounts #1001-3140-001-464010 (Dues & Memberships), #1001-3140-001-456305 (Uniforms) and #1001-3140-001-461000 (Materials & Supplies)]

Issue: Donation check issued by Electric Transmission Texas, LLC to support the mission of the Webb County Volunteer Fire Department.

Solution: Deposit money accordingly, $350 into dues & memberships, $1000 into uniforms, and $650 into materials & supplies.

Result: Continue working relationship with ETT, meet department needs, and purchase needed equipment.

Background:

ETT donation check has been delivered to fire department.
