Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to seek Requests for Proposals for experienced vendors to provide multi-function digital copiers/printers and related maintenance and support services for up to five (5) years effective October 1, 2020.

Issue: Majority of copier agreements will be terminating September 30, 2019 for county departments. Seek competitive proposals to ensure Webb County is provided quality services and best price for monthly installments for digital copiers/printers to include maintenance and support services.

Solution: Authorize the Purchasing Agent to seek competitive proposals from experienced vendors.

Result: Secure competitive proposals, score and return with a recommended proposal with highest ranking score for award.
