Discussion and possible action to accept the donation of 2.2501 acres out of Tract 41, Ranchito Las Lomas Subdivision (having a value of $8,500.00 per acre) and thanking the donor, Haynes Rentals, Ltd. and the Haynes family for said donation and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Background:

In conjunction with the purchase of 5.00 acres Haynes Rentals, Ltd. donated 2.2501 remaining acres of Tract 41, valued at $8,500 per acre.
