Discussion and possible action to set fees for the Casa Blanca Golf Course (senior fees remain unchanged), establish a "Players Club" membership program with an annual membership cost of Twenty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Five cents ($29.95) authorizing discounts and complimentary rounds in three categories of golfer: (1) Industry - PGA/LPGA Members, GC Superintendents; (2) Employees and (3) Promotional, directing the Golf Course Operator to submit, monthly, a promotions, discounts and complimentary rounds report and any matters incident thereto.

Background:

The changes in rates are necessary to keep the grounds in good condition and provide for services at the Golf Course, the promotional membership is designed to incentivize additional players and rounds of golf.
