Discussion and possible action to appoint Ms. E. Diana Cantu, DR License #OS0035048 of the Planning Department as Webb County’s “Designated Representative” (“DR”) effective immediately for the administration and enforcement of Webb County’s On-site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Order; authorize the County Judge to execute all documents necessary to effectuate the assignment of the “Designated Representative” with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ); and any matters incident thereto.

Background:

The appointment of a licensed DR is required for continued compliance with Webb County’s On-Site Sewage Facility Order and TCEQ regulations.
