Discussion with possible action to approve the relocating of the Human Resources Department from its current location on the 2nd floor of the Billy Hall Administrative Building to the 3rd floor of the Billy Hall Administrative Building and to remodel the new location (if needed) for use as new office space for the Human Resources Department and Payroll Division.

Issue:
The Human Resources Department currently shares offices space with the Risk Management Department and have outgrown their current office space resulting in the Payroll Division to be temporarily housed in a separate conference room in the building.
Solution:
Office space in the County Attorney’s Office, formerly occupied by the Right-of-Way Division within the Engineering Dept., has been identified as available space to be utilized.
Result:
Adequate office space will be provided to the Human Resources Department and Payroll Division.
