Discussion and possible action to enter into a Services Agreement between AdComp Systems, Inc. and Webb County for the Water Utilities Department to collect utility payments through telephonic means. The term of the agreement shall be for one (1) year, commencing on the date of the first Live transaction through the Service provided at a cost of Seventy Five (.75) cents per call/transaction over the term of the agreement, authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
