Issue: The Self-Help Center Health Life Insurance Account requires a line item transfer within grant funds in order to properly fund this account through the end of the current grant cycle.

Solution: Approve the requested line item transfer for the Health Life insurance Account to be sufficiently funded through the end of the current grant cycle.

Result: Health Life Insurance Account will be funded through the end of the current grant cycle (September 1, 2020).
