Discussion and possible action to approve a Right-of-Entry For Survey and Site Assessment with U. S. Customs and Border Protection (C.B.P.), upon an approximately 15.006 acre tract (being out of Porcion 46, Abstract 478, located adjacent to Rio Bravo, Texas) owned by Webb County and allowing C.B.P. to assess the property for the purpose of conducting environmental assessments, property surveys, appraisals and any other such work which may be necessary and incidental to the Government's assessment of the property for possible acquisition, for a term of eighteen (18) months, commencing January 21, 2020 and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents. [Executive Session/Closed Session may be requested pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.07, Consultation with Attorney, pending or contemplated litigation.]
