Discussion and possible action to approve and adopt the revised Self-Help Center (SHC) Housing Rehabilitation / Reconstruction Guidelines for SHC Contract Number 7216013.

Issue: Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) has adopted rule changes for the Self-Help Center Program. Webb County needs to revise the Self-Help Center Program’s Guidelines to coincide with the adopted rule changes. The current grant contract number is 7216013.

Solution: Webb County Commissioners Court approves the Self-Help Center’s revised guidelines.

Result: Webb County’s Housing Assistance Guidelines for the Self-Help Center Program Contract Number 7216013 will be up to date with recent TDHCA rule changes.
