Discussion and possible action to approve an Architectural Services contract (AIA B101) with Redline Architecture for the design of the remodeling/ renovation of the former Juvenile Detention Center Area (1300 Chicago St., Laredo Texas and more particularly described as Block 1028 Western Division, City of Laredo) in the amount of Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($89,500) plus reimbursable at cost plus ten percent and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. This project is a joint project for a detoxification facility that once established will be run by the City.
