Status report with discussion and possible action on the relocation of the Human Resources Department to the former Right-of-way area, currently being utilized by the County Attorney's Office; and any other matters incident thereto. [Sponsored by Cindy Liendo, Commissioner Pct. 4]

Issue: Prior Commissioners Court action taken on January 13, 2020 approving the relocation of the Human Resources Department that has resulted in the displacement and without sufficient office space of seven Webb County Attorney's Office employees thereby affecting the Webb County Attorney's Office from performing its official duties and responsibilities.

Solution: Amend prior court action for Human Resources relocation after due consideration of all accurate and up to date facts and information.

Result: Adequate office space for all departments.
