Discussion and possible action to approve the execution of a construction contract between Webb County and Southern Trenchless Solutions, LLC., in the amount of $850,774.00 pursuant to the Court’s prior approval and award of Buy Board Contract No. 555-18, for the rehabilitation and pump replacement of Webb County Lift Stations #1, #3, and Manhole Rehabilitation Phase II, in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code (Cooperative Purchasing Program Participation) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
