Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Laredo, Webb County, Constables Precinct 1, Precinct 2 and Precinct 4, the District Attorney and Laredo Crime Stoppers establishing the Laredo-Webb County Animal Cruelty Task Force to ensure maximum coordination in the reporting, management, and investigation of allegations of animal abuse and/or neglect and any other matters incident thereto; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
